As Social Media Content Manager for Protagonist Kitchen & Bar, I photographed food, drinks and restaurant spaces for social media content. I oversaw the Facebook and Instagram business pages and responded to inbound traffic. I supported overall brand awareness by creating engaging, eye-catching posts to promote new items and events and regularly revisited marketing strategies with business leaders and adjusted accordingly.
I led the creative approach for promotional campaigns, both on the website and for printed marketing collateral. I produced the room mockups used to showcase products and designed printed materials including sell sheets and rack cards. I also created emails, website assets and landing pages and occasionally photographed products.
I redesigned Murals Your Way’s business cards, highlighting customer examples, Murals Your Way’s Trustpilot 5 Star Rating, and Better Business Bureau accreditation.
With the overall goal of improving usability and increasing conversion rate, I led design decisions that updated the Murals Your Way website to a more modern look and feel. This included completely redesigning the header, restructuring and redesigning the main navigation and all flyout menus, adding images to navigation for visual interest, selecting new icons and changing fonts and colors sitewide. I created all designs and mockups for this project, assisted with user acceptance testing and provided feedback and direction for web developers.
I led the FAQs page revamp project, collaborating with an account manager and copywriter to improve the overall experience of the page and information. This included identifying the most commonly asked questions, removing unnecessary information, organizing the information and assisting with re-writing questions and answers in language customers can easily understand. I also designed the look and functionality of the page and crafted detailed mockups for web developers.
I designed the product detail page user interface for a new feature on the Murals Your Way website, which allowed users to select their desired size for repeating wallpaper patterns.
I redesigned the product detail page to make key elements more visible and improve usability. Sample purchases more than doubled as a result of this redesign.
StickUpPix was a photo tile product and supporting app. I designed marketing assets across all mediums and worked with the app developer to provide UI/UX design and direction. I created app welcome screen designs, designed and developed the website, designed emails, print materials and online advertising and created social media assets. I also staged and photographed the product.
At Starkey Laboratories, I designed brochures, product catalogs, operation manuals, trade show signage, packaging and the doctor’s handbook publication. I followed guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all divisions of the company and implemented urgent design revisions as needed.
